Dismal Swamp State Park Hydrology Monitoring & Recreation — Phase II
Dear Mr. Williamson:
On August 18, 2014, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application
requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division for the subject project. The Division
has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is
on -hold until all of the following information is received:
Need More Fee (401 and Isolated Only)
A review of the Pre - Construction Notification (PCN) Form indicates this application is for
188 acres of Wetland impacts. Pursuant to 143 - 215.31) (e), a $570 permitting fee is
required to process this application. The internal transfer of $240 was applied; however,
the remaining balance to remit is $330. Please remit a check or another internal transfer
for the balance to DENR -DWR, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699 -1617.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H ,0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested
information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is
not received in writing at the address below within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the
Division will be unable to process the application and it will be returned. The return of this project
will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application
package and the appropriate fee.
