Please find enclosed the monthly stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report for the stormwater outfall in Tier II
Response located at Wolfspeed, Inc., 3028 E. Cornwallis Dr., Research Triangle Park, Durham County, North
Carolina.
Discharge samples were not collected for the sampling month of May due to unsafe sampling events.
Wolfspeed will continue the Tier II response for Outfall #1 until three consecutive samples are out of
benchmark range.
