I’ve reviewed your application requesting a Water Quality Certification and Buffer Authorization (BA) for the
replacement of Bridge # 105 over Broad Creek on SR 1326 (Turkey Trot Rd) in Beaufort County (DWR project # 14-0916).
Water Quality Certification # 3883 is issued for this activity. Written authorization is not required for use of this
certification provided all the conditions in the certification can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written
