I spoke with Jessi this morning to discuss the White Oak River Bridge Replacement project. The project is located within a Primary Nursery Area. In these areas, the NMFS supports the use of the moratoria set by CHPP stating no in -water work is
allowed between April 1-September 30 in order to conserve EFH and fishery resources.
