Mr. Sullivan,
Please find attached the documents requested per your office in reference to our request to improve our
shoreline on Lake Hickory, located at 5258 36th ST DR NE. If you need additional information, please let us
know as we would like to proceed as quickly as possible on our improvements. The white
arrow indicates /shows the corner of the ajoining lot which is washing out and causing our fence post to drop
(we own the adjacent property as well) and the red arrow indicates washout behind the wall. The yellow arrow
indicates massive overgrowth and the blue arrow shows washout points. The previous owner did not do any
maintenance on the shoreline for the last 13 years. We have lived next door since June 2001.
