This project did not trigger a 401. However, the 0.09 acres of impacts should
be counted for cummulative impacts for Peyton's Ridge. IF the Corps
decides that this project impacted over 0.09 acres based on the JD, then a
violation will be issued for building the road before propper permitting had
been obtained.
