Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. 0 Based on the information you submitted on 6/30/2022, my site visit on 5/23/2019, and my emails concerning use of non -reporting Nationwide Permit (NWP) 3 on 7/29 and 11/12/2021, the above referenced project appears to be authorized under Nationwide Permit (NWP) 3 and does not require notification to the Corps. Your project is described as follows: The replacement of NCDOT Bridge 584 on SR 3412 (Tabernacle Church Road) involves the permanent discharge of fill material into 5 linear feet (<0.01 acre) of stream channel (not a loss of waters) and 0.02 acre of wetlands, and the temporary discharge of fill material into 10 linear feet (<0.01 acre) of stream channel, necessary to replace and existing bridge on the some alignment. This project also requires hand clearing (not permanently maintained) in 0.04 acre of wetlands. Attached is a copy of the NWP 3 terms and conditions. Please note that the project must be accomplished in strict accordance with these conditions and your submitted description, and any violation of the conditions or deviation from your submitted description may subject the permittee to a stop work order, a restoration order and/or appropriate legal action.
