During erosion control maintenance at sta 273+50 -L- Rt, it was evident material from inside of 84" has travelled in
stream past right of way about 50 feet. Inlet end of pipe is clean. Water level has dropped following previous rain events
so contractor is able to access location and has began cleanup. Sent this email on 8/12. Don't know why it didn't go.
