PRIOR TO INITIATING TEI,!?ORARY AND PERMANENT CONSTRUCTION PHASES ASSOCIATED WITH THE NEW TRANSMISSION FACILITIES, A DUKE ENERGY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR WILL INSTALL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES TO ENCOINIPASS THE AN"19CIPATED CONSTRUCTION LIMITS.
