NPDES Permit No. NCS000156 To Whom It May Concern: RECEIVED DEMLR-Stormwater Program Bakelite Synthetics operates under NPDES Permit No. NCS000156. Asa partof this permit, Bakelite is required to submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for periodic stormwater analytical sampling. Currently, the facility is in Tier Three status, as outlined in Part II, Section B of the permit, which requires monthly sampling. Please find enclosed the completed DMR Form for the July 2022 sampling event, which includes analytical sampling results. Note there was no measurable monthly discharge for the month of July.
