Please find the aached addional informaon pertaining to the CPC Huntersville NPDES permit. The aached
Figures include a depicon of the Surface Water Discharge Point and the Discharge Line Plan.
It is my understanding that the only outstanding form that we need to submit is the EPA Applicaon Form 2D. We
are awaing a data update from a vendor and will provide that form as soon as possible.
