Subject: 14 -0817 Grigsby Sidewalk Phase 2
I have reviewed the Grigsby Sidewalk Phase 2 project stormwater and diffuse flow mechanisms as was received on
August 1, 2014. It qualifies for permitting under the low- density provisions of the 401 Certification and in my opinion
meets the diffuse -flow and nutrient treatment requirements of the Neuse River buffer rules.
Sorry I have not taken action before now but I never received the package and therefore did not realize that it had been
submitted that long ago.
