Sorry but | need to correct mycorrection. The 4O1 Certification will indicate O.O6 acre of temporary impact since I'm
assuming the excavation and clearing will be in the same footprint. When you get this email could you please

Hi Phillip,
I just wanted to let you know that DWR considers the land clearing for the sewer extension where a wooded wetland is
converted to an herbaceous wetland to be a temporary impact. So the 401 Certification will be for 0.12 acre of
temporary impact. It's confusing because the Corps considers that conversion to be a permanent impact.
