I have reviewed the information that you submitted for the subject project. The replacement
of an existing 24” x 40’ CMP with a 30” x 40’ CAP meets the terms and conditions of the NWP
#3. Attached is a link to download the permit and provide to any NCDOT contractors so they
will be familiar with those terms and conditions. NCDOT may proceed with the replacement of
the culvert as outlined in the notification you submitted. Please feel free to contact me if you
