The, proposed level spreader- and vegetate d'filter strip (L'S' =VFS) design (attached) sized for
the 10 -year storm results iin ap,proximately 10 cfs of, flow with treatment/ diffuse,flow and
47.,79'cfs,bypassed. The proposed 36" outlet, riprap,splash pad'will not achieve, non,
velocities and will,likel,y resultin scouring and,erosion of the,existin,g draw and'buffer. The
applica`n't needs to redesign the bypass outletto demonstrate non- erosive flow through the,
buffer and provide supporting calculations. One option ;to consider is a, properly sized
