Dear Mr. Rivera:
We are in receipt of your September 30, 2021 email requesting a release from analytical
monitoring at the Chep Services, LLC Charlotte plant. This release is under Part ll, Section B of the
the NCG210000 Permit. Based on past site inspections, including October 13, 2021, and email
correspondence the facility is in compliance with other conditions of the NCG210432 Permit.
Therefore, the Division is granting a release from analytical monitoring at this time. Upon receipt of
this letter, the subject facility may stop analytical monitoring for the remainder of the current permit
term which expires on July 31, 2023. A written release for the next permit term will be required in
2023.
The release granted in this letter is contingent upon the current industrial practices at the
CHEP Charlotte plant. Please retain and append this letter to your Stormwater Pollution Prevention
Plan (SPPP) or permit. If you have any questions or comments concerning this letter, please contact
