Comment: The SWPPP and site map have been developed but have not been updated since 2016. The
site map should include flow arrows indicating the direction of stormwater drainage onsite. The
annual employee trainings were not documented in the SWPPP, signatures
of attendees to
these trainings should be provided. No significant spills have occured in the last 3 years but
documentation needs to be provided stating this. An annual site inspection report should be
provided and documented in the SWPPP.
