Qualitative and analytical monitoring has been conducted and the records appear complete. The site has made several improvements to address the benchmark limitation exceedances. Several improvements have been made to remediate these exceedances including regrading the site and installing check dams to reduce TSS from the aggregate bins. We discussed different methods for pH adjustment for the wastewater discharge including carbon dioxide and recycling the water into the batch process. The check dams at the aggregate bins will require regular maintenance. Both of the valves for the secondarYcontainments were open at the time of inspection. These valves need to remain closed until the discharge is checked for a sheen and the visual inspection is documented. Page 4 of 4
