Qualitative data was available but not current. Please conduct all monitoring according to the general permit requirements.
During the inspection it was noted the fueling station area did not have proper containment. A containment area should be
constructed around the fueling station to contain potential fuel spills that may contaminate the surroundiing area.
Please develop a binder containing a copy of the permit, all monitoring data, site map with labeled outfalls, maintenance
activities, inspections of stormwater control measures and outfalls.
