1. Site is complete and vegetation sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. All
remaining temporary erosion control measures may be removed at this time and after
removal, addressed with vegetative stabilization. As a maintenance item for the HOA, it
may be necessary to overseed any sparsely vegetated areas in the Common Open
Space areas with season appropriate grass seed for a more permanent and manageable
stabilization. This will serve as the final SESC inspection report for the site, the SESC Permit
will be closed, and the project will be archived.
