storrnwater inspection report summary we ask that you obtain permission from the county to
discharge the oil/water separator to the sewer or obtain a DWR permit for the discharge and
address the trash and vegetation issues at the facility.

Comment: The pond outfall was inaccessible due to the amount of vegetation. There was also a
significant amount of trash behind the facility. The facility has an oil/water separator under the
fueling station that discharges to the stormwater pond and this discharge is not covered under
this permit.
