On behalf of Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc., GEOS Environmental, Inc. (GEOS) submits the attached
stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the referenced facility. The original and one copy of
the DMR are attached. The laboratory analytical report with chain -of -custody documentation is also
attached.
Laboratory analytical results of the stormwater samples collected on September 16, 2021 show both Oil
& Grease (0&G) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) were belowtheir respective benchmark concentrations
for the samples collected at Outfall No. 001.
