Additionally, a review of our records indicates that an SDO Monitoring Report may have been required during one of the three possible qualifying rain events in the third quarter of 2021. As a result, Perdue Concord will conduct Benchmark Exceedance Inspections and institute Tier II monitoring based on the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) results for both outfalls. Fecal coliform results remain above benchmark levels, but Perdue Concord was granted relief from Tier III for fecal coliform based on the letter received January 11, 2021 for this permit cycle.
