Stormwater Discharge Outfall Monitoring Report
Perdue Foods Concord - Stormwater Permit NCG060189
ejo Whom It May Concern,
Please see that attached Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) Monitoring Report for the Perdue
Foods Concord Facility (Perdue Concord) for the rain event that occurred on November 4th,
2021. Additionally, a review of our records indicates that an SDO Monitoring Report may have
been required during one of the three possible qualifying rain events in the third quarter of
2021.
As a result, Perdue Concord will conduct Benchmark Exceedance Inspections and institute Tier
II monitoring based on the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) results for both outfalls. Fecal
coliform results remain above benchmark levels, but Perdue Concord was granted relief from
Tier III for fecal coliform based on the letter received January 11, 2021 for this permit cycle.
If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank youPO
