Inspection Summary:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and related documentation was complete including employee training
records, monitoring records, and the annual certification. The facility appeared well operated and maintained and the only

Comment: The facility samples from two storm drain inlets on the property and the only issue observed at
the outfalls was a small sheen near the used oil storage. The facility appeared well operated
and maintained with a significant amount of outside pallet storage.
