Kings Mountain, NC Facility (Certificate of Coverage NCG030714) Dear Mr. Khan: Pursuant to Part E, Section E-6, Table 4, Row 2-ii of the North Carolina General Industrial Stormwater Permit NCG030000 with effective date July 1, 2021, CORMETECH, Inc. is submitting the following notification. Stormwater sampling of Outfall 004 has now resulted in four copper results in excess of the permit benchmark of 0.010 mg/L. Stormwater sampling of Outfall 006 has now resulted in four copper results in excess of the permit benchmark of 0.010 mg/L and four zinc results in excess of the permit benchmark of 0.126 mg/L. The table below provides details of the sample dates and results.
