Chonticha has completed her review of the stormwater information and has the following comments:
1. We are still missing items from Comment #2 (a) and (b); Supplemental EZ form for the bio cell and O&M
plan/agreements for the bio cell and rain gardens.
2. Plan sheet C-219, please add the SHWT elevation to the bio-cell profile drawing to ensure that the required
minimum (2 feet) separation between the SHWT and the lowest point of the bio cell can be met.

Please see attached the Stormwater plan for the reception center for the Mulberry Farm Project DWR#2020-1654. We
propose using a Bio-Retention pond for the reception center stormwater runoff treatment. The plans, details,
associated calculations, application documents and SHWT soils report are attached.
