Yes, there is an overdue invoice for this one (see screen shot). I believe you can make a payment electronically if you go
to our ePayments website and enter the permit number:

Once that is paid, please go back to the Renewal COC request form and check the box that says "COC is still expired but
owed fees have been paid" (see below for a screen shot). That request will come in to us, and we can make sure the
COC is renewed/generate a renewal COC for you.
