Dear Ms. Kricker:
On August 1, 2022, Conner Consulting attempted to collect effluent samples required for your
DEQ permit, at 438 Jeremiah Road, Chapel Hill, Chatham County, North Carolina. A very low
flow was observed and there was no evidence of any significant flow in recent months. Water
usage is estimated to be 2,000 to 3,000 gallons per month or 67 to 100 gallons per day. Due to
the low flow observed no samples were collected.
