All,
I sent a comprehensive response to your email, Sue, in a different thread, but wanted to also address this comment
today before our 30-day window expires this weekend. The other response included revised site drawings provided by
Mark (cc'd), but I am also attaching them to this email for consistency in the public record.
Please review the revised drawing set and respond back with your remaining questions and concerns, or if you need
additional information.
Thank you!

Hi Meagan,
To follow-up Sue's email, I've been running the impact acreages for the stream impacts and I believe rounding to the
nearest hundredth didn't portray the full extent of the impacts. Based on my calculations, Impact S1 is 72 feet in
length by 7 feet in width, which equates to 504 square feet or 0.01157 acre (rounded to 0.012); and Impact S3 is 107
feet in length by 6 feet in width, which equates to 642 square feet or 0.0147 acre (rounded to 0.015). The cumulative
total of the stream impact is 0.027 acre based on my calculations. As such, the applicant is required to provide
compensatory mitigation at a 2:1 impact to mitigation ratio for the stream loss. I checked in RIBITs and there are
private mitigation banking stream credits available for purchase in the watershed (8-digit HUC: 03040101).
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best Regards,
Sam
