The best way to close it out is to provide close-out documentation for the E&SC plan, if that's available. You just fill out
the Notice of Termination and upload that documentation (https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination). If you
transferred the property before construction was complete and someone else got a new E&SC plan to take over that
construction/erosion prevention responsibility, then you need to provide the new Construction COC number that they
obtained so we know the project is still covered under the NCG010000 NPDES permit.
