Attached with this letter is a copy of the subdivision plat for the Packing Plant Road subdivision
located on the north side of Packing Plant Road about one-half mile east of the intersection with Black
Creek Road. Shown on the plat are proposed house sites and septic drain field site for lots 21 through 30
and 35 through 37. The drain fields (including repair areas) are sketched within soils areas boundaries
that were identified by field investigations conducted last year.
The initial drain field trenches are shown by green dashed lines. Areas for repair drain fields are
designated. If necessary proprietary measures for reductions in trench requirements can be employed
for repair systems. This can include the use of T & J Pane! Block Systems for a 50 percent reduction in
trench requirements.
This sketch plan demonstrates that the lots can be developed without impacting wetlands or riparian
buffers. Please call me if you need to discuss this in more detail.
