M. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the lease of land owned by Al Felton located on 124 E. just beyond the City Limits. This land will be used for second use of spraying treated wastewater. This use will give us extra points on our application for the Sanitary Sewer Project. Mr. Felton wants $2,000 per year for a period of five (5) years. Upon the execution of this agreement the Town will pay Mr. Felton Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), with the remaining Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) due on March 31, 2000. A motion was entered by Commissioner R. B. Owens to accept the terms of this agreement as attached. This motion was then seconded by Commissioner Harold Stallings.
