This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0003816. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". A Notice of Violation was issued for Enterococci violations in July 2020. Patricia Davis is the ORC with multiple backup ORC's. The ORC is signing the logbook daily but when the ORC is not onsite the Backup ORC has not been signing the ORC logbook. The facility was reminded that the logbook needs to be signed daily. The current permit was set to expire on June 30, 2018. A renewal application has been submitted and the existing permit will remain effective until a new permit is issued. On the next permit renewal the description of the permit needs to be updated as follows: 1 Primary Clarifier instead of 3 Primary Clarifiers Three Disk Filters need to replace Dual (2) rapid -rate tertiary filters.
