On July 28, 2022, Alex Lowe of the WSRO conducted a routine compliance inspection on the City of
High Point pretreatment program. Pretreatment Supervisor Carrie Hyler was present. The inspection
consisted of a short interview with Ms. Hyler, a thorough review of the documentation of each
program element, and an audit of the files for three Sills (Thomas Built Buses, Kao Specialties
Americas, and PET Dairy). Detailed findings from this review are available on the PCI Report. All
findings suggest full compliance and as such this program is found to be satisfactory.
