Inspection Summary:
On July 1, 2022, Tricia Lowery with the Division of Water Resources conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection of
Spring Creek Collection System (WQCSD0195). Ryan Smith of Aqua Systems was present for inspection. The inspection
consisted of two parts: 1) file review and 2) field inspection of collection system. The collection system is a small private
community system. This collection system has no high priority lines, and no pump stations. Overall, the collection system
is properly operated and maintained.

Comment: Spill response is satisfactory. No spills reported over the last 3 years. TriState is contracted to
camera lines annually. Subsurface is contracted to conduct line flushing of system annually.
All maintenance is documented. Additionally, Aqua Systems contracts a company for root
control during the same time as when TriState cameras lines.
