Ryan Smith of Aqua Systems was present for inspection. The inspection consisted of two parts: 1) file review and 2) field inspection of collection system. The collection system is a small private community system. This collection system has no high priority lines, and no pump stations. Overall, the collection system is properly operated and maintained. Comment: Aqua systems utilizes GIS system for map. It is updated as needed. Satisfactory. Additionally, Aqua Systems contracts a company for root control during the same time as when TriState cameras lines. Inspections Are adequate maintenance records maintained? Are pump stations being inspected at the required frequency? Is at least one complete functionality test conducted weekly per pump station? Is there a system or plan in place to observe the entire system annually? Is the annual inspection documented? # Does the system have any high -priority lines/locations? Are inspections of HPL documented at least every 6 months? Are new lines being added to the HPL list when found or created? Comment: There are no pump stations or HPLs in this system.
