On 8/4/2022, I (Daniel Boss) conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at PIN 9630094446, at
the intersection of NC Hwy 280 and Sweetwater Rd. The facility has not been constructed according
to the owner, Dr. Sheldon Marne. This was confirmed by my visit to the site.
