The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the property at NC Highway 280 @
Sweetwater Road on 8/04/2022. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG550028. My inspection
confirmed that no facility has been built to utilize your NPDES Permit.

There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.
