I am trying to figure out if a buffer authorization was ever issued for Metropolitan I (f.k.a. Northwood 1) for Al Heshemi
ARH Development. I think this could have occurred back in 2009.
He has an expired EEP acceptance and I never got a permit with a mitigation requirement. The project's been on hold
for years- and now we have the bank law which would prevent me from re- issuing his acceptance letter- unless perhaps
he did get a permit from DWQ at some point.
