Kemp Inc. is pleased to submit this proposal to complete plant improvements on the WWTp at NC Lions Camp Dogwood:
Scope A: g ood;
Chlorination/Dichlorination Feeder Access Restriction:
- Subcontract Statesville Fence & Landscaping, LLC. To provide ^20ft x 40ft chain link fence.
o o Fence to surround tablet feeders and manhole, restricting public access.
Fence to be 6ft tall, galvanized and include 4ft wide gate.
o Existing fence end to be removed and connected to new fence.
Tablet Feeder Replacement + Relocation:
- Supply an install two (2) Norweco dry chemical feeder units.
o Excavate, and remove both (2) existing tablet feeders. (Chlorination/Dechiorination).
o Supply and install new Norweco dry chemical feeder, Series 2000S into existing location (u strea
m of manhole)
Supply
New 4in pipe couplings (rubber boots) to be installed on inlet and discharge of feeder.
o
o and install 4in pipe segment in place of Dechiorination tablet feeder. p
o Backfill, seed + straw as necessary to reclaim area. o Excavate area downstream of manhole for Dechiorination tablet feeder installation.
Supply and install new Norweco dry chemical feeder, Series 2000S into new location (upstream of manhole.

Effluent Sampling Vault Lid:
Access hatch to be lockable.
Supply and install 15in x 15in, hinged, Aluminum Access Hatch onto precast vault.

Camp Dogwood to provide'septichauler as needed to allow for piping tie in.
This proposal does not include any state sales taxes. Applicable taxes will be applied at invoicing.
