9b. Corrective Actions/Comments:
1. Central office to confirm permanent post -construction SCM as -built certifications, area is Phase 11 city (Youngsville).
2. Site is in overall good condition and annears sufficiently stabilized.
3. This is a reminder to the facility - Regular maintenance and preventative measures should be in place for any eravel/stone
dust entering the yards drain inlets. Should stone degrade, add additional stone over time. See picture below.

Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self -monitoring or self -
inspections are required. Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA. Termination of coverage under the
NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCGO1) must be requested by the permittee via a
Notice of Termination (NOT). The NOT is available at: https:Hedocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCGOI-Termination.
