I checked the NC Secretary of State website and Realty Investments Inc. is listed there now but
has not been properly recorded. See the status is listed as "problem report ". And there is no
corresponding information for the company. See the

According to NC General Statute 55- 15 -01, Authority to transact business required.
(a) A foreign corporation may not transact business in this State until it obtains a
