Plan Review
Reasons for Approval with Modifications
(1)Please note that this approval is only for site development up to the
scope shown on sheet C3A. It is understood a plan revision will be submitted
showing a more detailed final grading plan (and SE&SC) with roads and house
pads. (2) "Drainage ditch/watercourse" listed in the plan legend was noted
prior to wetland study that was recently conducted. This wetland study
(07/06/2022) should be referred to for locations of jurisdictional water
features. Ensure wetlands and watercourses noted in the study are flagged in
the field prior to land disturbance. It is understood the proposed
construction entrance will be placed over the existing culvert (no
disturbance of water feature). Silt fence may be needed along the sides of
the entrance. **Old silt fence layers shown outside the LOD are not to be
installed**(3) Refer to "Outlet Structure Detail & Dam Schematic BMP Pond"
detail for updated spillway/dam elevations. Ensure emergency spillway is
extended to toe of fill slope.
