Todd - We have completed electrifying the fence out at Cane Creek. We ran over 35,000 feet of single strand electric
wire with associated insulators, lags, ground rods, solar chargers, etc. Electrified wire was routed underground at all
crossing locations. Invoice provided for your backup. I have also included photos as additional backup.
Please provide feedback as to whether this satisfies the contingency for closeout for this project.

you propose will satisfy our concerns regarding the fencing. I appreciate your cooperation on this issue. Please consider

Todd,
As per the voice message I left you, we have gotten costs to electrify the fence at Cane. The cost is not insignificant
($16K) but in the spirit of cooperation we would like to move forward and close the project out. Attached is a Request
for Closing form that EEP has used on other sites to confirm close out based on field contingencies. I modified it slightly
as I recognize you did not agree to closing the site contingent on the fence in the field. If electrifying the fence will
satisfy the concerns expressed by the IRT members in the field, we will initiate the work and be completed by the end of
the month.
