The project personnel at the U-4751 Military Cutoff Extension project wanted to make us aware that work being done off of the R/W has caused turbidity to the Site 14 culvert (approx.. -L- Sta. 139+00). We wanted to make you aware of this. Project personnel will suggest EC to help. We can update you if there are any changes. This is either being done by CFPUA or New Hanover County and I believe is being constructed within a drainage easement.
