The new plan you sent me for site S2 looks like the riprap pad has been extended as well as straightened
out. That would increase the permanent impacts and it looks like it might impact the little side tributary
now also. That will need to be reduced back to the original 138 feet (culvert + riprap) or the PCN
modified for additional permanent fill.
