Dear Ms. Perez. I am responding to your letter regarding the inspection on April 12, 2022 on the above mentioned waste
treatment plant. Firstly, I did renew my permit. I sent a check #3129 in the amount of $1310.00, which cleared my bank
on July 20, 2022. As to the other matters, stated in the inspection report, I have spoken with my operator, Mr Dan
Fortin, and we are planning to do the repairs as quickly as possible. Please let me know any other concerns you might
