To answer your questions. 1) only the first 20 ft will be cleared. No other trees other than what I have marked already will be cut. 2) the clearing is just for the installation of seawall. 3) once the seawall is installed and backfilled there will be grass planted back in that area. I'm not sure about any trees or bushes being planted at this time. I'll leave that to the property owner once we move out. 4) the 1400 square foot impacted above normal pool does include the dredging of the boat slip. Your number is in the previous email are correct. 5) the area is already accessible. I will not need to remove any more trees within the buffer to access the waterfront with my equipment. When I move out everything Disturbed will be seeded or mulched to prevent erosion. And there will be a silt fence installed. The PN Comment period ends on 6/16, so I can't issue until at least 6/17. A couple of quick questions after looking at the application: 1. Zone 1 is the first 30 feet, so to confirm, clearing is only occurring within the first 20 feet? No other trees are being cut within the buffer? 2. Is clearing solely for installation of the seawall? i 3. Will any vegetation be replanted after the seawall is installed? 4. Is the 1400 sq ft of above normal pool impacts including the boathouse? (Is it 1400 sq ft of clearing or is it 1,144 sq ft of clearing with 256 sq ft of excavation for the boathouse?) 5. Do they need an access trail or road to the boathouse? Good afternoon Colleen, I received verification from April Norton last week that they were done with the 1069 Sagamore Drive project. Are you almost finished with that one? I know you have a lot on your plate but this one is almost 2 months old so I figured I'd check in with you. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
