southwest of the intersection of U.S. Highway 17 and Ranch Motel Road in Williamston, Martin County, North Carolina.
The site is an approximate 61 acre portion of a larger 77.6 acre parcel. The larger parcel is identified by the Martin
County On -line GIs website as Parcel Number 0503114. The majority of the site is used for agricultural purposes.
There are two tobacco barns located on the central portion of the site. A perennial stream and jurisdictional wetlands
appear to be located on the southern ortion of the site.

A solar panel farm is proposed at the subject site. ECS has not been provided with the site plans. In general, the proposed solar
panel construction footprint will be limited to the upland portions of the site. ECS has identified wetlands within the site boundary. A
JD site visit is scheduled for July 25, 2014.
Please attach a map of the site indicating project boundaries on the USGS 1:24,000 Topo and /or NRCS Soil Survey.
If you are unable to locate either of these maps, please contact the Regional Office for assistance.
