On -Site Determination of Drainage Features Located within the Roanoke River Basin
To whom it may concern:
On August 13, 2014, at your Office request, Mr. Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted an on -site determination of a
drainage feature located on the subject property. A stream determination was conducted in accordance with (15A NCAC
2B .0259). The feature is labeled "14- 0743" on the attached maps and initialed on August 13, 2014.
The Division of Water Resources (DWR) has determined that the feature labeled as "14- 0743" on the attached
maps and highlighted in blue is considered a stream. The section of the subject features highlighted in red is not
considered a stream. The stream determination begins at the outlet of a pond and continues down gradient to point 14-
0743 (N 35° 47.817', W 77° 03.880 ") highlighted in red is considered as an ephemeral feature. From point 14 -0743 to
the convergence with Dog Branch the subject feature is considered a stream as illustrated on the attached maps.
This letter only addresses a stream determination using the NC DWQ Stream identification Form and does not approve
any activity within Waters of the United States or Waters of the State. If you have any additional questions or require
