Attached is a completed copy of the discharge monitoring report for April 2022. The facility
has met the Tier Two requirements and has reverted back to quarterly sampling. In addition,
the facility was recently able to update permit coverage to remove Outfall 001. The facility
will continue to implement requirements of the permit including quarterly monitoring at
Outfall 002.
